Title: Underway meteorological data collected aboard NOAA Ship HENRY B. BIGELOW in the North Atlantic from 2008-05-14 to 2008-06-13 (NCEI Accession 0042952)
Abstract: This dataset contains real-time underway meteorological data logged by the Scientific Computer System (SCS) aboard NOAA Ship Henry B. Bigelow in the North Atlantic Ocean from 2008-05-14 to 2008-06-13. Office of Marine and Aviation Operations (OMAO) personnel aboard the ship submitted these data and associated metadata to the National Oceanographic Data Center (NODC). As part of the NOAA Shipboard Sensor Data Acquisition (NSSDAC) project, OMAO submits a standard suite of underway oceanographic and meteorological data collected during each cruise of a NOAA ship with SCS.
