Title: Underway physical and meteorological data collected by NOAA Ship RONALD H. BROWN in the Atlantic and Caribbean Sea from 2006-02-17 to 2006-07-15 (NCEI Accession 0009532)
Abstract: This dataset contains real-time underway physical and meteorological data logged by the Scientific Computer System (SCS) aboard NOAA Ship Ronald H. Brown in the North Atlantic Ocean, Caribbean Sea, and South Atlantic Ocean from 2006-02-17 to 2006-07-15. Office of Marine and Aviation Operations (OMAO) personnel aboard the ship submitted these data and associated metadata to the National Oceanographic Data Center (NODC). As part of the NOAA Shipboard Sensor Data Acquisition (NSSDAC) project, OMAO submits a standard suite of underway oceanographic and meteorological data collected during each cruise of a NOAA ship with SCS.
