Abstract: Pressure, temperature, and current velocity data were collected using speed meter casts from the R/V ENDEAVOR and OCEANUS in the Gulf of Mexico from May 1, 1988 to August 31, 1990. Data were collected and submitted by Thomas Shay from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill as part of the SYNoptic Ocean Prediction (SYNOP) project.
