Coral monitoring and growth change data from the Flower Garden Banks, Gulf of Mexico, 1998-1999 (NCEI Accession 0000736)

This dataset includes random photographic transect, sclerochronological measurement summary, and water temperature data from East Flower Garden Bank (EFGB) and West Flower Garden Bank (WFGB), in the Gulf of Mexico. Data were collected between September 1998 and February 2000. Sampling cruises were conducted aboard the M/V Fling during 27 September - 1 October 1998 and 12-16 September 1999.

  • 2015-04-22T00:00:00 - NOAA created the National Centers for Environmental Information (NCEI) by merging NOAA's National Climatic Data Center (NCDC), National Geophysical Data Center (NGDC), and National Oceanographic Data Center (NODC), including the National Coastal Data Development Center (NCDDC), per the Consolidated and Further Continuing Appropriations Act, 2015, Public Law 113-235. NCEI launched publicly on April 22, 2015.
