This dataset includes chemical, current measurements, navigational, optical, physical, profile, and underway data collected aboard the R/V KILO MOANA during cruise KM1010 in the North Pacific Ocean from 2010-06-20 to 2010-06-26. These data include CONDUCTIVITY, CURRENT SPEED - EAST/WEST COMPONENT (U), CURRENT SPEED - NORTH/SOUTH COMPONENT (V), DEPTH - OBSERVATION, DISSOLVED OXYGEN, HYDROSTATIC PRESSURE, LATITUDE, LONGITUDE, SALINITY, WATER TEMPERATURE, course over ground, irradiance, and speed over ground. The instruments used to collect these data include ADCP, CTD, GPS, PAR Sensor, and oxygen sensor. These data were collected by Matthew Church of University of Hawai'i at Mānoa, and by University of Hawaii; Marine Laboratory as part of Center for Microbial Oceanography (C-MORE) 2010, Leg 2/Summer Course (Agouron-6). The Rolling Deck to Repository (R2R) program submitted these data to NCEI.

A suite of navigation products produced by R2R is included in this dataset, comprised of one high resolution, one 1 minute resolution, and one low resolution coordinate file. R2R provides a processed version of the CTD data. The ADCP data represent the raw dataset. Post processed quality assessed data are not available in this dataset.
