This dataset contains oceanographic and meteorological observations stored in netCDF (.nc) files from 2015 through 2017 in association with monitoring of the Flower Gardens Banks National Marine Sanctuary in the Gulf of Mexico. The Flower Garden Banks National Marine Sanctuary, which is composed of the West, East and Stetson bank, is monitored on an annual basis as part of its Long-term Water Quality Monitoring program. This program is one of the longest long-term monitoring programs of a coral reef. Each cruise focuses on a specific aspect related to different study projects at the sanctuary and/or in conjunction with other research institutions.
